About the role

  • Growth Marketer responsible for driving paid growth and performance marketing in a PropTech company. Lead acquisition strategies, measurement, and experimentation for growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid acquisition across Meta and Google, with scope to expand into additional channels
  • Scale marketing spend responsibly while improving CAC and maintaining lead quality
  • Design and run structured experimentation across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages
  • Develop and lead a performance creative strategy across formats (UGC, product demos, testimonials, data-led angles, etc.)
  • Translate insights into creative briefs and iterate rapidly
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, creative production, and testing velocity
  • Own tracking and attribution across the full funnel (pixels, CAPI, GA4, GTM, events, UTMs)
  • Build dashboards that connect spend to leads, qualified leads, and deal outcomes
  • Analyse funnel performance and drive improvements across landing pages, forms, messaging, and lead nurturing
  • Identify and test new growth levers beyond paid media (partnerships, referrals, lifecycle campaigns, organic capture)
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve lead handling, qualification, and feedback loops
  • Continuously propose and validate new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on performance marketing experience managing meaningful budgets
  • Strong track record of reducing CAC while scaling spend
  • Deep technical competence across ad platforms, tracking, and attribution
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear decisions and experiments
  • Strong creative instincts with a performance mindset
  • High ownership, fast execution, and a strong testing culture
  • Comfortable working remotely with strong communication skills
  • Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in PropTech, marketplaces, lead generation, or high-consideration products
  • Experience with lifecycle/CRM marketing (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Landing page and conversion rate optimisation experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Zapier
  • Experience building lightweight creative production systems
  • SEO knowledge
