The practical experience. You are comfortable working in a plant environment. You understand how people strategies influence operational outcomes.
The project management. You have led complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
The consulting skills. You ask the right questions to uncover business needs and translate them into processes, documentation, workflows, and clear presentations.
The technical expertise. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable with HRIS platforms, and able to interpret HR data to support decision-making.
