About the role

  • Customer Sales Advisor at ARO supporting the transition from analogue to digital services for customers. Handling inquiries and promoting alternative solutions while providing full training in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers affected by the analogue switch-off
  • Clearly explain the changes and what action is required
  • Promote alternative digital solutions such as SOGEA and FTTP, highlighting their benefits
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
  • Handle questions and objections confidently
  • Agree pricing and migration plans
  • Secure customer approvals and pass orders to internal teams
  • Escalate complex cases when required
  • Pass completed sales order to the sales co-ordinator for processing

Requirements

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
  • Comfortable explaining simple technical concepts (full training provided)
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Some sales, customer service or account management experience is helpful but **not essential**
