Responsibilities
Responsible for creation and setup of customers and projects based on allocation of work.
Create and maintain templates in Workday.

Ensure all required contracts (Engagement Letters, Statements of Work, Change Requests) information needed for resource forecasts and workforce planning is captured.

Create operating procedure documentation for all onboarding processes.
Assist in developing the strategy for customer creation and maintenance.
Manage annual rollovers and renewals of recurring projects and engagements.
Identify and help improve processes and standardizations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Comfortable navigating multiple software systems daily.
Skilled at working cross-functionally with teams across the business.
Ability to multi-task on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Workday experience (preferred).
Customer onboarding experience (preferred).
Experience in a professional services environment (preferred).
