About the role

  • Intern supporting customer onboarding processes for Neogrid's visibility products in retail and industry. Collaborating on project presentations and engaging users to optimize data management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the customer onboarding process for Distributor Visibility products;
  • Assist with implementation processes with Distributors and Manufacturers;
  • Work on configuration and setup of internal tools;
  • Help create project presentations and training materials for users;
  • Analyze metrics such as sell-out, inventory, and others;
  • Support measurement of customer success in using the platform;
  • Work on ways to engage users in projects and drive adoption of the area's solutions;
  • Perform data entry and management of customer data in our platforms.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Excel;
  • Analytical ability;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ownership mindset when supporting customers;
  • Comfortable working in a team;
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about customer onboarding;
  • Sense of urgency;
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Spanish or English is a plus.
