Responsibilities
Support the customer onboarding process for Distributor Visibility products;
Assist with implementation processes with Distributors and Manufacturers;
Work on configuration and setup of internal tools;
Help create project presentations and training materials for users;
Analyze metrics such as sell-out, inventory, and others;
Support measurement of customer success in using the platform;
Work on ways to engage users in projects and drive adoption of the area's solutions;
Perform data entry and management of customer data in our platforms.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Excel;
Analytical ability;
Excellent communication skills;
Ownership mindset when supporting customers;
Comfortable working in a team;
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about customer onboarding;
Sense of urgency;
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
Knowledge of Spanish or English is a plus.
