Responsibilities
You will lead our strategic partnership with our Japan team.
You will drive business outcomes through the application of people programs and initiatives that align with our long-term business strategy.
You will provide strategic guidance and expertise in organizational design, performance management, workforce planning, and change leadership.
You will enable ongoing leadership development across the business through your team’s partnership with their respective functional portfolios.

Requirements
You have a degree in Business and 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an apparel or technology
You have previous experience working for a global company and a proven ability to quickly build an understanding of a complex global business model
You are great at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data and can manage a complex group of stakeholders
You are a natural leader, and you’re not afraid to blaze a trail in uncharted territory
You have a highly collaborative style, and a willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams as both a lead and supporting team member
You have strong leadership skills and coaching across all levels of leadership
You have the ability to coach, mentor, advise and where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal objectives
You have strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, assess people, understand trends, and develop prioritized recommendations
You have excellent listening and communication skills with an ability to communicate large complex change
