Responsibilities
Architect and run the downstream I2C operating system that connects Global functions with Regions
Design the milestones, inputs/outputs, decision rights, and operating rhythm for seasonal readiness and delivery
Define clear roles & responsibilities and handoff moments, stand up decision forums and governance
Optimize the intersection of Product Creation, Supply Chain, and Regional Go-To-Market
Establish the company’s I2C/Go-To-Market rhythm of business by standardizing calendars and embedding KPI-led performance management.
Coordinate with Brand GTM Operations to ensure seasonal and cross-season readiness
Identify and escalate systemic regional process breakdowns, partnering with cross-functional teams
Requirements
12–15+ years of experience in global consumer/retail/apparel operations
5+ years leading multi region or global programs at a director+ level
Proven track record of designing and running operating rhythms at scale
Strong program and portfolio management capability
Complete understanding of the product lifecycle process.
Ability to present strategic ideas and solicit buy-in from all levels of an organization
Strong influential leadership with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders
Effective communication, with a focus on organization excellence
Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with attention to detail
Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
