About the role

  • Retail Brand Marketing Specialist responsible for implementing the Retail Brand Marketing strategy for Arc'teryx in EMEA. Focusing on Brand Stores, Factory Outlets, and Wholesale partners.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and localizing brand and seasonal campaigns at EMEA Retail Stores
  • Coordinating relationships with key external agencies and print vendors
  • Supporting EMEA Trade Marketing team with input for seasonal marketing plans
  • Ensuring premium brand storytelling aligns with current standards
  • Managing all in-store POP and materials for Retail Stores
  • Supporting consumer events and Brand Experience activations
  • Owning and managing assigned budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Design, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in Retail Marketing
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, cross-functional integrated marketing environment
  • Project Management expertise *(ex: driving timelines and managing budget)*
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish relationships and collaborate across all levels
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market and multi-brand organizations
  • Knowledge of the sports apparel industry, ideally Arc’teryx
  • Speaking German or French is an asset
