Retail Brand Marketing Specialist responsible for implementing the Retail Brand Marketing strategy for Arc'teryx in EMEA. Focusing on Brand Stores, Factory Outlets, and Wholesale partners.
Responsibilities
Implementing and localizing brand and seasonal campaigns at EMEA Retail Stores
Coordinating relationships with key external agencies and print vendors
Supporting EMEA Trade Marketing team with input for seasonal marketing plans
Ensuring premium brand storytelling aligns with current standards
Managing all in-store POP and materials for Retail Stores
Supporting consumer events and Brand Experience activations
Owning and managing assigned budget
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Design, or related field
3+ years experience in Retail Marketing
Proven success in a fast-paced, cross-functional integrated marketing environment
Project Management expertise *(ex: driving timelines and managing budget)*
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to establish relationships and collaborate across all levels
Strong understanding of the EMEA market and multi-brand organizations
Knowledge of the sports apparel industry, ideally Arc’teryx
Speaking German or French is an asset
