About the role

  • To deliver accurate, timely, and insightful people data reports that support business decision-making across Arcadis’ global operations. The role bridges operational reporting and strategic analytics, ensuring data integrity and process consistency across regions
  • Create and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports using Oracle OTBI, Crunchr, and Excel
  • Ensure that data sources and reporting methodologies are consistent with organizational standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and secure handling of sensitive people data
  • Regularly audit People/HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency within the system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to address data issues and discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure all reports align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, including data privacy standards like GDPR.
  • Liaise with People Business Partners, HRIS, and regional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Partner with People Teams, and Leadership Teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain SOPs and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to support standardization.
  • Leverage self-service platforms and troubleshoot basic reporting issues; escalate complex issues to senior analysts.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data visualization.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • Preferably 3-4 years of experience in HR reporting, People analytics, or reporting
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases preferably Oracle Human Capital Management system. (OTBI)
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in delivering People and HR reports.
  • Advanced knowledge Excel and proficiency data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts and adapt to organizational changes.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
