• Senior Educational Project Analyst at Fundação Telefônica focusing on digital competency development in education. Implementing professional education programs in technology for public schools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and structure of professional education programs in technology, focused on developing digital competencies for high school teachers and students in public schools, workforce preparation and productive inclusion;
• Implement strategies to coordinate and execute the program, focusing on youth development, working with partners, suppliers, the private sector and State Departments of Education;
• Provide technical support to school systems to ensure high-quality program implementation;
• Mobilize focal points across different state education networks to ensure program delivery and achievement of agreed targets;
• Prepare reports on implemented projects;
• Manage partner relationships involved in program implementation;
• Lead implementation meetings with school networks and program partners;
• Serve as the focal point and be responsible for executing employability actions within FTV programs (Fundação Telefônica Vivo).

Requirements

• Degree in Teaching (Licenciatura), Public Management or related fields;
• Ease in building relationships with different stakeholders;
• Organized and detail-oriented;
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team;
• Agility to reorganize strategies and actions when required;
• Experience implementing educational projects;
• Knowledge of Professional and Technological Education;
• Completion of higher education in Education, Technology, Public Management or related areas is a plus;
• Availability for pre-scheduled travel.
