Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support and process expertise to key customer, Micron.
Deliver high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service and repair of complex systems.
Develop leading-edge processes to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips.
Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE); analyze data with statistics and compile reports on process engineering experiments.
Troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analyses.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and customer to achieve goals and build trust.
Requirements
Master’s degree or PhD in chemistry/ physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment or process engineering, with expertise in CVD, PVD, or CMP technologies.
Proven ability to independently lead complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and on-site customer escalations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customer engineers, field service teams, and global engineering groups.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
