Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established protocols.

Requirements
Proven experience in managing an aesthetics clinic, spa, or similar environment.
Strong background in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Certification or training in aesthetic treatments or related fields preferred.
Marketing or business development experience preferred.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
