Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience in delivering risk and regulatory initiatives within financial services
- Working knowledge of Non‑Financial Risk, Risk Management Frameworks, and the Three Lines of Defence
- Analytical and delivery discipline, including business analysis skills, documentation standards, and enterprise delivery practices
- Confident stakeholder operator, able to navigate complexity and engage effectively with senior executives across business and technology
- Exceptional communicator, skilled in producing high‑quality executive reports and regulatory submissions
