Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery including scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Develop project objectives, detailed plans, milestones, and success metrics with stakeholders
Align with product management and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery readiness
Organize and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution
Facilitate Agile delivery practices and ensure teams follow agreed processes
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods
Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost using proper change control and approval processes
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, and drive mitigation plans to keep delivery on track
Prepare clear project status updates and present progress to management and client stakeholders
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through structured and transparent communication
Maintain project documentation including plans, decisions, RAID logs, and delivery sign-offs
Requirements
3+ years experience working as a Project Manager in software or IT delivery sector
Significant experience in software development lifecycle and experience working with engineering teams
Solid experience managing client communication and stakeholder expectations
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present clearly to different audiences
Complete educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Agile/Scrum experience will be highly valued
Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a bonus
Experience in Financial services, FinTech, payments, or mobile technologies
