About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing key initiatives and providing project management at ANZ. Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities in a technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects
  • Coordinating resources and interdependencies across multiple streams of work
  • Provide structure and leadership to a broad, multi-disciplinary project team comprised of internal people, vendors, and contractors
  • Engage with stakeholders and leadership to communicate progress and key updates
  • Oversee deployment activities, ensuring compliance with governance standards
  • Track and report on release metrics, project milestones, and delivery KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery speed, reliability, and transparency

Requirements

  • 12+ years’ Project Manager & Release management experience
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery, from inception through to delivery of small to medium to sized initiatives and/or key pieces of work within programmes or projects
  • Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer
  • Work collaboratively with 3rd party vendors to deliver the best outcome for the customer
  • Provide financial budget oversight across project deliverables
  • Agile experience at scale, innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience in Handling high complex migration and lifecycle management
  • Experience in Integrating complex application & products
  • Proven experience in Release Management, Project Management, or a combination of both within a technology environment
  • Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on risk management and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of change management processes and ITIL best practices
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams
