About the role

  • Sales Operations & Project Manager at Occhio leading sales operations for high-quality design luminaires. Responsible for project management, CRM, and team collaboration in Munich.

Responsibilities

  • Sales operations and project management within Sales
  • Steering and implementation of sales projects, including contract, bonus and pricing/terms management
  • Rollout and optimization of partner agreements for EGM, International Markets and OPL
  • Analysis, documentation and optimization of sales processes and internal sales operations
  • Preparation of sales reports, KPI analyses and presentations for sales management
  • Data maintenance, CRM management and quality control (Microsoft D365 CRM)
  • Training and support for sales teams on new tools and processes
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Finance/Controlling and Operations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business administration training/degree
  • Several years of experience in sales operations management, sales controlling or project management in sales
  • Confident user of CRM and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365
  • Analytical, structured way of working and strong process understanding
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Very good command of German and English
