Responsibilities
Assist the District Manager or Relationship Manager with customer relationships in their portfolio
Attend to client queries professionally and in a timely manner
Help maintain documentation and customer files as per Suncorp’s policies
Analyze financial statements and complex reports for assessments
Identify acceptable lending risks to maximize profits
Support a risk management culture in line with Suncorp’s values
Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
Comply with complaint resolution processes to maintain service standards
Build relationships with key stakeholders for effective service delivery
Contribute to a positive Safety and Wellbeing culture

Requirements
Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base
Demonstrated experience in financial services and customer focus
Knowledge of the Group’s banking, insurance and life products and processes
Sound understanding and knowledge of Financial Services Legislation requirements
