Responsibilities
Handle requests for personalized quotations from client or prospective companies
Analyze existing contracts (health insurance / group protection)
Collect and structure the information needed for competitive tendering
Coordinate communications with insurance partners to obtain the best technical and financial proposals
Build an optimized quotation package aligned with the company’s needs
Present the proposal to the end client
Ensure full commercial follow-up through to contract signature
Ensure regulatory compliance and the quality of contractual commitments
Act as the mySilae Health point of contact for insurance partners
Manage a network of partners that have their own sales forces
Present and promote the mySilae Health offering
Train and onboard insurers’ sales teams
Stimulate commercial activity through promotional and engagement initiatives
Identify growth and sales performance levers with each partner
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in HR/Payroll
Proven experience in group personal insurance (health / welfare)
Experience developing and managing an indirect partner network
Ability to manage complex, high-value sales cycles
