About the role

  • Channel & Partnerships Manager responsible for driving partner ecosystem growth in Spain for Silae. Building partnerships and executing strategies in the payroll advisory space.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the indirect channel strategy
  • Recruit, onboard and activate new partners
  • Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition for partners
  • Create and manage a partner performance framework
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments

Requirements

  • Experience in indirect sales or partnerships: 5+ years
  • Experience within service-based ecosystems (VARs, BPOs, consulting firms)
  • Experience with CRM systems and partner reporting dashboards
  • Ability to travel to meet partners
  • Languages: Native Spanish, fluent English; French is a plus
