Responsibilities
Proactively support legal advisors with diary, email and file management
Act as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
Assist with billing, compliance checks and key dates
Prepare documents, correspondence and reports
Support wider team and firm activities as required

Strong organisational and proactive working style
Excellent communication and client service skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
Confident IT skills, including Outlook and Word
