About the role

  • Client Services Executive role supporting legal advisors in a hybrid setting with a focus on client service and organization duties.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively support legal advisors with diary, email and file management
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
  • Assist with billing, compliance checks and key dates
  • Prepare documents, correspondence and reports
  • Support wider team and firm activities as required

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and proactive working style
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
  • Confident IT skills, including Outlook and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
