About the role

  • Customer Support in a hybrid model for ANKÖ, Austria's leading public procurement company. Handling customer inquiries and supporting the platform's optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Independently handle first- and second-level support requests
  • Provide support to customers and prospective customers
  • Perform administrative tasks in the ANKÖ procurement portal
  • Actively support and independently conduct webinars
  • Contribute to product releases and quality assurance

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in business or a technical field
  • Initial professional experience in customer service or support
  • Friendly and communicative demeanor
  • Strong customer- and service-orientation
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ideally Jira) is an advantage
  • Team player, detail-oriented, responsible
  • Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
  • Good working knowledge of English
