About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist assisting French-speaking customers with inquiries at Ovoko, an e-commerce company in the used car parts market. Guiding customers through features and ensuring high-quality support during sales and after-sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
  • Ultimately, you will help to establish our reputation as the company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficient written and spoken French and English language.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support role is a plus.
  • Understanding of cars and their parts would be an advantage.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of others' languages is also an advantage.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
