- Set campaign goals, track KPIs, and evaluate performance to optimize future efforts.
- Launch and manage digital campaigns and supporter toolkits for events.
- Oversee the setup and optimization of P2P fundraising platforms.
- Cultivate relationships with supporters passionate about animals.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and recognition to fundraisers throughout their campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify campaigns via email, social media, and storytelling.
- Produce reports to inform strategy and share successes with internal stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and volunteers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in peer-to-peer or digital fundraising.
- Experience with online fundraising platforms (e.g. Classy/GoFundMePro, Facebook Fundraisers).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Virtuous, Raiser’s Edge) and campaign analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a professional and positive manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal, especially in donor-facing interactions.
- Must have ability to work as a member of the team and partner collaboratively with external and internal customers and departments.
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with computers, specifically a working knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Prolonged sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- Must be comfortable with the emotional aspect of work in an animal shelter environment, including the use of humane euthanasia.
- Reliable transportation required.
