Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility is to approach new B2B partners through direct field sales (direct acquisition).
Your customer portfolio covers three areas: grocery retail (LEH), petrol stations, and housing associations.
You will be in the field approximately 3–4 days per week within your region.
You are responsible for your customers from initial contact through contract signing.
You develop tailored solutions that take local conditions into account for your regional partners.
You represent your employer at regional industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
You build your network with relevant contacts in your region.
You help drive your employer's rapid growth forward with your ideas and sales talent!
Requirements
Excellent German skills; English is a nice-to-have.
Must be based in Hamburg.
At least 2 years of experience in field sales or B2B direct acquisition are required for this role.
Solid experience in contract negotiation.
Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 days per week within your assigned region.
A valid driver's license is required!
