About the role

  • B2B Sales Manager engaging with new B2B partners in Hamburg for a Smart City company focused on reducing CO₂ emissions. Responsible for direct acquisition, contract negotiation, and establishing regional networks.

Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibility is to approach new B2B partners through direct field sales (direct acquisition).
  • Your customer portfolio covers three areas: grocery retail (LEH), petrol stations, and housing associations.
  • You will be in the field approximately 3–4 days per week within your region.
  • You are responsible for your customers from initial contact through contract signing.
  • You develop tailored solutions that take local conditions into account for your regional partners.
  • You represent your employer at regional industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • You build your network with relevant contacts in your region.
  • You help drive your employer's rapid growth forward with your ideas and sales talent!

Requirements

  • Excellent German skills; English is a nice-to-have.
  • Must be based in Hamburg.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales or B2B direct acquisition are required for this role.
  • Solid experience in contract negotiation.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 days per week within your assigned region.
  • A valid driver's license is required!
