Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing, data-driven marketing organization.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, responsible for building and operating the systems, processes, and insights that support predictable pipeline growth, operational efficiency, and measurable ROI across all marketing programs.
Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to bridge strategy and real-world action.
Implement and manage project management processes that ensure marketing programs launch on time and on budget.
Manage day-to-day CRM and marketing automation operations, including workflows, SLAs and reporting across all lifecycle stages.
Help maintain data quality, compliance, and reporting standards across systems while delivering dashboards, reporting, and insights that inform decision-making and optimization.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations within B2B enterprise or SaaS environments.
Expert-level understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong experience with workflow and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or analytics in marketing or revenue operations.
Strong experience working within marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM, web analytics, lead routing, ABM, attribution, and personalization platforms.
Demonstrated success supporting data-driven marketing planning, reporting, and optimization.
Experience developing, executing, and measuring lead generation programs for B2B audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to executive audiences.
