Responsibilities
Serve as a primary client-facing partner for academic medical centers

Requirements
Direct experience in physician recruitment is required
Academic physician recruitment experience is preferred
Strong understanding of academic medicine environments
Proven ability to manage multiple active searches and clients simultaneously
Comfortable leading and contributing to frequent client-facing meetings
Strong organizational, follow-up, and project coordination skills
Ability to clearly communicate complex recruitment activity to clients and internal stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong data tracking and reporting capabilities
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and recruitment-related systems
Associate’s Degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience in Academic Physician Recruiting or
High School Diploma/GED with 7–9 years of relevant experience in Academic Physician Recruiting
