About the role

  • Travel Consultant managing travel arrangements for U.S. military and government clients. Handling travel logistics and ensuring excellent customer experiences through informed recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
  • Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations
  • Handle basic and moderately complex bookings with potentially non-standard and multi-destinations
  • Raise most complex bookings to more experienced staff
  • Assignments include both routine and non-routine work

Requirements

  • English fluent – written and spoken
  • 2nd language a plus
  • Meticulous
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic MS Office
  • A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
  • Strong teamworking skills
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • CWT accepts Military experience/certifications as a substitute for some requirements
