Responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of sales targets within your designated area.
- Acquire and manage of core target groups.
- Provide expert advice and support in drawing up plans for project tenders and their follow-up.
- Holding product launches and conduct engaging training sessions.
- Foster intensive collaboration with commercial and technical staff, both field and office workers.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns in partnership with our headquater in Attendorn (Germany).

Requirements
- Extensive sales experience, ideally within the sanitary and heating industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in executing and managing projects.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus, enhancing your technical toolkit.
- Proficient in CRM systems, with a confident command of tools for managing customer relationships.
- Skills in SAP/R3, with comprehensive knowledge of all sales-relevant modules.
