Requirements
- Holds a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
- Brings several years of experience in strategic process consulting or internal transformation
- Demonstrates proven expertise in project and program management, ideally supported by certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Is proficient in methodologies such as BPMN, Lean Management, or Six Sigma, and familiar with relevant modeling and analysis tools
- Combines strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies and drive solution-oriented outcomes
- Communicates effectively across all levels – from operational teams to executive leadership
- Fluent in both German and English
