  • Sales & Marketing Technology Leader shaping global Salesforce CRM strategy and technology excellence by enhancing capabilities across teams in EMEA, North America, and India.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global technology strategy for Sales and Marketing products across EMEA, North America, and India
  • Manage and align technology teams across EMEA, North America, and India
  • Use technology to drive strategic decisions with business partners around sales enablement, distribution optimization, and client service innovation
  • Lead and develop a high-performance team of technology professionals
  • Influence the refinement of features, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and availability of technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or other related degree focus
  • 7-10+ years of experience in engineering and integration technology and/or software development
  • Proven success working with other design engineers and architects teams
  • Hands-on experience (5-10 years) with the Salesforce CRM ecosystem and SaaS technologies
  • Proven experience in asset management, especially in distribution, sales, marketing, and client servicing
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
