Responsibilities
Serve as second-in-command for deskside support operations
Combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership
Support the Deskside Administrator Manager in maintaining operational excellence
Act as acting Deskside Administrator Manager during absences
Lead assigned shift operations, coordinating technician activities
Manage subset of deskside technicians as direct reports
Coordinate urgent support issues as primary technical escalation resource
Oversee imaging and deployment of devices across multiple classified networks
Monitor real-time team performance metrics and SLA compliance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
3-5 years of progressive IT desktop/deskside support experience
1-2 years in team lead, supervisor, or senior technical role
Current 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification
Expertise in imaging, configuring, and deploying desktops and laptops
Proficiency in deskside support
Strong knowledge of operating systems,
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with IT service management tools and best practices
