  • Representante Comercial for high-standard aluminum and glass framing company, responsible for prospecting new business and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and business opportunities in the construction sector
  • Conduct sales visits to construction companies, architects, engineers and end customers
  • Present aluminum framing solutions tailored to project requirements
  • Prepare or submit requests for quotes and follow up on commercial proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Maintain customer relationships and monitor order status
  • Identify new business opportunities and commercial partnerships

Requirements

  • Experience in aluminum framing or construction industry
  • Proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of aluminum framing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings/plans
  • Basic knowledge of complementary materials such as glass, hardware and accessories
  • Basic understanding of measurements and on-site opening dimensions
  • Preparation and follow-up of commercial quotations
  • Negotiation and closing techniques
  • Knowledge of the construction market (builders, architects, engineers, construction sites)
  • Use of sales tools (CRM, spreadsheets or quoting systems)
  • Understanding of order tracking and delivery deadlines
  • Client portfolio management and active prospecting
