About the role

  • Assessor(a) de Investimentos developing relationships with clients for financial investments. Supporting clients in portfolio management and financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop relationships with individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) clients, targeting accounts above BRL 300,000.
  • Maintain a trusted relationship with clients through regular visits and contacts.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement on macroeconomic outlook, market opportunities and financial products.
  • Provide ongoing advice and monitor clients' investment portfolios in accordance with each client's profile and objectives.
  • Assist clients with wealth planning by understanding their individual needs and offering comprehensive solutions using our product ecosystem.
  • Manage clients using Salesforce CRM.
  • Follow established processes aimed at achieving the best results within each client's profile.

Requirements

  • Highly commercial and entrepreneurial profile.
  • Strong active prospecting and negotiation skills.
  • Clear communication, resilience and a results-oriented focus.
  • ANCORD certification (required for hiring).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Work arrangement: Hybrid — Campinas (3x per week).
