About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1–3 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues through the IT Help Desk.
- Support and administer **MacOS, Windows, and Linux** workstations.

- Maintain endpoint security tools, apply patches, and ensure systems meet security standards.

- Maintain internal IT documentation and help guides.
- Support office network and connectivity troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in **IT operations, help desk, or systems administration**.
- Strong experience supporting **MacOS, Windows, and Linux** environments.
- Experience with **endpoint security, patching, and identity/access management**.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as **SOC 2**.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
