About the role
- Liferay Developer creating and managing web portals for Almaviva Solutions, utilizing technologies such as Java and Hibernate. Focused on content modeling, plugin development, and user administration.
Responsibilities
- Development of portals in Liferay
- Creation and maintenance of Portlets (JSR-286 and JSF Portlet)
- Content modeling (WCM)
- Creation and administration of Sites, Pages, Content and Lists
- Creation and administration of Users, Roles and Workflows
- Development of Plugins
- Application of taxonomy to classify content types and channels
- Collaboration on integration and configuration projects with various tools.
Requirements
- Experience with languages and frameworks: Java, Hibernate, Spring, EJB, JSF, JEE
- Strong knowledge of Client Extension
- Experience with relational databases
- Configuration knowledge: LDAP, OIDC, Keycloak, WSO2
- Version control tools: preferably Git
- Certification: Liferay Back-End Developer 7.0 or higher
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT)
