About the role

  • Analyst responsible for supporting the import process from origin to final delivery. Role includes documentation checks, ERP updates, and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee import processes from origin to final delivery
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with clients, customs brokers and logistics partners
  • Verify documentation, product descriptions, NCM (Mercosur Common Nomenclature) and the need for an Import License (LI)
  • Record and track processes in the ERP and update internal controls
  • Monitor operational deadlines and ensure completion of each step
  • Prepare control spreadsheets
  • Post financial entries and manage payment controls
  • Assist in the analysis of technical and tax documents
  • Monitor filing of DI (Import Declaration) and/or DUIMP (Single Import Document)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields
  • Knowledge of import processes
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
