About the role
- Network Analyst at Omni ensuring high availability and security in multi-cloud connectivity. Engage in troubleshooting and managing network performance across AWS, Azure, and OCI.
Responsibilities
- Act as responsible for the support, evolution and governance of the network and connectivity layer in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security and resilience for critical business operations.
- Design, implement and sustain network architectures in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure and OCI).
- Manage connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments (Site-to-Site VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, FastConnect).
- Define and maintain resilient network topologies with a focus on high availability and low latency.
- Implement and operate network security solutions such as segmentation and microsegmentation.
- Administer and evolve network services such as:
- VPC / VNet / VCN
- Subnets, routing tables, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways
- Load Balancers (L4/L7)
- DNS (internal and external)
- Participate in analysis and resolution of critical incidents (advanced troubleshooting).
- Monitor and optimize network performance (latency, throughput, jitter).
- Support automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) initiatives (e.g., Terraform).
- Ensure compliance and governance requirements are met (e.g., LGPD, Central Bank regulations, security frameworks).
- Work closely with the infrastructure team (cloud, support, DevOps).
- Participate in war rooms and management of critical incidents.
Requirements
- Strong experience in corporate networks and connectivity architecture.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following providers:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Advanced knowledge of:
- TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP
- VPN (IPSec/SSL)
- Load balancing
- Experience troubleshooting in critical and distributed environments.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, payment processors) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA).
- Experience with SD-WAN.
- Certifications such as:
- AWS Advanced Networking
- Azure Network Engineer Associate
- OCI Networking
- Experience with automation (Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of containers and networking integration (Kubernetes, ingress controllers).
