Responsibilities

  • Manage the team directly, providing regular feedback and guidance to ensure accurate and efficient execution of work
  • Delegate execution of tasks to coordinators and supervisors
  • Supervise client audits
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in work processes
  • Stay up to date on trends and innovations in the media and communications market
  • Monitor media package balances and sponsorships
  • Lead strategic planning and presentations for key campaigns and brands
  • Contribute to collaborative projects with other managers and directors
  • Analyze campaign results and KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising
  • Knowledge of research tools and platforms (Kantar Monitor, TGI, Comscore, Google Planner and Meta)
  • Experience in online and offline media buying and planning
  • Technical proficiency in major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Comprehensive understanding of buying across offline media channels, including television, radio, newspapers, magazines and billboards
  • Ability to interpret data and performance metrics
  • Ability to develop comprehensive and effective media plans
  • Strong experience negotiating with media outlets
  • Ability to manage multiple media projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Office tools and in preparing and delivering presentations
