About the role

  • Accounts Payable Coordinator ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. Join allnex, a leading coating resins company, in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Proceed with incoming invoices
  • Resolve issues regarding invoice processing and payments
  • Communicate with internal and external parties regarding invoice processing
  • Participate and perform Month-end AP closing and reporting activities
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the AP process

Requirements

  • Accounts Payable experience or any finance-related role
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent
