Commercial Executive focused on active business prospecting for Aliare in Porto Alegre and nearby regions. Seeking to expand presence in Southern Brazil for cooperatives and agroindustries.
Responsibilities
Identify, map and prioritize potential cooperatives and agro-industries in Rio Grande do Sul;
Conduct active prospecting;
Schedule and lead presentations of Aliare's solutions;
Develop market-entry strategies for cooperatives and agro-industries of different profiles and sizes;
Identify and understand pain points, management maturity and innovation needs;
Connect those challenges to our portfolio (ERP, CRM, complementary solutions, data and AI, etc.);
Build projects, commercial proposals, value and journey presentations;
Lead the full sales cycle through to close;
Manage pipeline and sales forecasts in the CRM;
Work with a focus on targets, generating new revenue and new clients;
Provide continuous feedback on market movements, competitors and regional demands;
Participate in events, trade shows and meetings of the cooperatives sector in Rio Grande do Sul.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hunter salesperson, working with active prospecting;
Experience in complex B2B sales;
Excellent communication, consultative skills and commercial resilience;
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility;
Availability to travel within the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
