About the role
- Perform system implementations at client sites;
- Carry out and monitor system configuration;
- Define business requirements together with the client;
- Document the identified processes and develop corresponding workflows;
- Analyze process adherence and compliance;
- Identify implementation requirements and potential changes during the project;
- Specify use cases for development;
- Validate proposed changes with internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitor and track client requests;
- Define usability guidelines;
- Identify the need for system updates;
- Identify, document and present required data integration flows with other systems;
- Perform system tests and simulations;
- Create process, configuration and operations manuals;
- Track and manage requests and outstanding issues;
- Support interface testing;
- Oversee acceptance tests (user acceptance testing - UAT);
- Conduct system sign-offs with the client;
- Provide consulting on operational processes;
- Train users on system usage;
- Provide post-implementation services and support;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in IT, Agronomy, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of integrated systems management;
- Basic understanding of general business processes;
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems;
- Basic knowledge of operating systems;
- Basic knowledge of office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office);
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL queries;
- Willingness to travel;
- Proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus;
