About the role

  • Technical Sales Engineer responsible for customer consultation and implementation of electrical drive solutions in a hybrid environment. Supporting customer projects with technical expertise and strategic development of automation portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Technical responsibility and customer advisory in the field of electrical drive technology
  • Design, sales and implementation of customized drive solutions — from inquiry to commissioning
  • Support for integration and technical clarification, and accompaniment of customer projects on site
  • PLC topics as an additional competency within basic automation tasks
  • Development and strategic positioning of the company’s drive portfolio
  • Handling technical customer inquiries and managing complaints in coordination with Quality Assurance and Product Management
  • Lead generation and collaboration with sister companies
  • Strategic further development of the service and offering portfolio in the area of Automation (PLC & Drives)

Requirements

  • Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship or a degree in Automation, Electrical or Information Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and experience sizing automation solutions
  • Experience in technical sales of complex systems and solutions is an advantage
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
  • Excellent team and communication skills
