Responsibilities
Technical responsibility and customer advisory in the field of electrical drive technology
Design, sales and implementation of customized drive solutions — from inquiry to commissioning
Support for integration and technical clarification, and accompaniment of customer projects on site
PLC topics as an additional competency within basic automation tasks
Development and strategic positioning of the company’s drive portfolio
Handling technical customer inquiries and managing complaints in coordination with Quality Assurance and Product Management
Lead generation and collaboration with sister companies
Strategic further development of the service and offering portfolio in the area of Automation (PLC & Drives)
Requirements
Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship or a degree in Automation, Electrical or Information Engineering
Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and experience sizing automation solutions
Experience in technical sales of complex systems and solutions is an advantage
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
