About the role

  • Sales representative assisting clients with building technology through email and phone support. Engaging in active marketing and project management in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and processing of specifications/works schedules to ensure efficient project execution
  • Active promotion of our product and service portfolio
  • Telephone-based consulting and support of our customers in the area of building technology
  • Preparation of quotations including price calculation, and proactive follow-up of outstanding quotations
  • Receipt and processing of customer orders
  • Close cooperation with the field sales team to ensure optimal customer support and project assistance

Requirements

  • Vocational training in electrical engineering with commercial knowledge, or commercial training with electrical knowledge
  • Ideally, professional experience in sales, preferably in a technical environment
  • Knowledge of electrical products (network technology / installation materials / building technology) is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Responsible, independent working style
