About the role

  • Regional Managing Director driving performance across APAC for digital advertising company representing leading platforms like TikTok and Google. Responsible for strategic growth, partnerships, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Set Regional Strategy: Define and execute our vision for APAC, translating strategy into measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Drive Commercial Performance: Lead regional revenue growth by overseeing sales, go-to-market strategies, and commercial effectiveness across countries.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Manage senior relationships with global and regional partners, ensuring alignment, value creation, and long-term collaboration.
  • Own Financial Performance: Take full accountability for regional budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Lead and Develop Talent: Inspire and empower country leaders and their teams, building a strong leadership pipeline and results-driven culture.
  • Expand Markets: Identify growth opportunities within existing and new APAC markets, adapting strategies to local regulatory and cultural contexts.
  • Represent the Region: Act as the APAC ambassador, engaging credibly with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Establish consistent operating models, governance, and reporting structures while respecting local market flexibility.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior leadership experience (Regional MD, MD, GM, or equivalent) managing multiple countries.
  • Strong commercial track record in digital platforms, media, advertising, or technology-led businesses.
  • Proven ability to scale operations and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of the APAC region, ideally with direct multi-market leadership experience.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with ownership of complex P&L structures.
  • Exceptional people leader with experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Confident executive presence, comfortable engaging at C-level internally and externally.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
