Lead Channel BP team in defining channel strategy and optimizing performance for dedicated business units in GE HealthCare. Drive strategic relationships and ensure execution at regional and provincial levels.
Responsibilities
Develop BU channel strategy, lead market intelligence, performance tracking & review, project-based analysis for BU channel business.
Work with the Business Head and Sales leaders to define appropriate coverage models for dedicated business.
Identify national and regional wise channel competitive landscape.
Cultivating long-term relationships with strategic channel partners to support business growth.
Provide guidance for BU channel development and dealer deployment, defined dealer profile, selection criteria, and entry threshold etc.
Design and continuously optimize BU channel incentive plan and other policies and processes for critical channel management activities such as performance management, grading evaluation, sub dealer management, market promotion, and conflict management etc.
Lead training design, compile training demand (from Sales, modality, regional channel team), drive task assignment.
Verify OP and territory assignment for dedicated BU.
Track core dealers' and new dealers' performance & take actions.
Create a culture of highest integrity and compliance within channels.
Adhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to relevant international and local Regulatory and GE Healthcare Promotional Codes.
Adhere to GE and GE Healthcare compliance policies, codes and training requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in business, marketing, engineering or related are preferred.
At least 8 years’ experience in Med Tech industry.
First-hand experience in sales or channel management is a must.
Prior experience to drive complex project.
Direct and indirect leadership experience.
Dealer compliance management experience a plus.
Strong executive presence with exceptional ability to present to C-suite level decision makers.
Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking: ability to analyze complex data into strategic insights & initiatives, strong ability to present findings in a concise and simple manner.
