Responsibilities
Collaborate on talent attraction and acquisition strategies globally (we operate in more than 100 countries, your exposure will be truly global!).
Partner closely with senior leadership to build and execute talent strategies that align with the company's global vision and priorities.
Lead change management initiatives alongside senior leadership, ensuring that our workforce is adaptable, resilient, and aligned with organizational changes.
Work closely with hiring managers, offering strategic guidance to support informed talent decisions.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends.
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps.
Ensure a fair, equitable, and innovative approach to attracting top talent.
Utilize collaborative, data-informed insights to enhance talent strategies, evaluate success metrics, and optimize performance.
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to create an agile team environment and enhance candidate experience for global recruitment projects.
Requirements
3 years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, global environments.
Proven experience in change management and implementing strategic initiatives that align with evolving business goals.
Confidence in working autonomously within a supportive team environment, demonstrating accountability for outcomes.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
A deep understanding of global talent trends.
Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a focus on long-term talent planning as well as day-to-day operational excellence.
