About the role

  • Client Solutions Manager leading Google Ads strategies for clients in the APAC region. Building partnerships and optimizing campaigns while collaborating with internal teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted advisor to new and existing clients, leading seamless onboarding and building long-term partnerships.
  • Design high-impact Google Ads strategies tailored to each client’s business goals—search, display, video, and app campaigns included.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance and ROI using smart insights from GA4, Google Ads, and other measurement tools.
  • Solve problems fast—whether it's technical troubleshooting or strategic fine-tuning, you'll keep campaigns on track.
  • Communicate campaign progress and insights clearly, becoming the go-to person for all client questions and guidance.
  • Ensure Google Ads products and services are delivered smoothly, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts by recommending new Google Ads solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Partner closely with internal teams—sales, tech, support—to deliver a seamless client experience and improve service delivery.
  • Stay sharp on the latest Google Ads features, APAC market trends, and competitive moves to keep your advice fresh and forward-thinking.

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on 5 years+ experience with Google Ads, managing campaigns across search, display, video, and app formats.
  • Strong digital marketing fundamentals with a passion for performance marketing and online strategy.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and tools like Google Tag Manager for smart campaign analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A track record in client-facing roles, where you’ve built trusted relationships and made a real impact.
  • Superb organization skills—you can manage multiple clients and projects without breaking a sweat.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a bonus.
  • A deep understanding of the APAC digital advertising landscape.
  • Experience working with media agencies or large brands in e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
