About the role
- Operation and Maintenance Manager for Alcazar Energy, analyzing and reporting on wind power assets, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring on a daily basis and data analysis (SCADA and different software tools) of the wind power assets
- Understanding of all the KPIs values related to the wind assets
- Analysis of all the KPIs related to the wind assets
- Production of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for Lenders, Shareholders, Company and other involved parties
- Management of all the O&M contractors and sub-contractors
- Management of all the PPA and similar contracts for the sale of electricity
- Analysis of the O&M Contracts and evaluation of the Contractors performances
- Analysis of all the maintenance and preventative activities carried out by the O&M Contractors
- Very good understanding of electrical and mechanical design, troubleshooting and maintenance for wind power plants
Requirements
- BSc. Engineering essential
- MSc. Engineering or related field is desirable
- Project Management Programme is desirable
- 5-10 years of site operations and maintenance experience with wind turbines
- Technical knowledge of wind turbines
- Analytical skills
- Problems solving skills
- Operative Systems: Windows e Unix/Linux
- Applications: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook), AUTOCad
- Other technical softwares: Asset management software's: Meteocontrol, Skytron, GPM, QOS. Database software: SQL
