Develop, plan and implement training measures
Create, maintain and continuously update training materials to ensure high-quality content
Closely coordinate with relevant departments to tailor seminar content precisely
Requirements
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources/Personnel Management with a focus on organization, HR or psychology, or a degree in psychology (work, industrial and organizational psychology) is desirable, along with solid experience in the training field
Ideally, you hold an additional trainer qualification or certification
You are familiar with a variety of training and teaching methods in both classroom and virtual settings
You possess a high degree of empathy combined with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel: You are comfortable traveling across Germany in your role as a trainer
